Automated Assembly

Component assembly can be automated using a combination of rotary and linear actuators. Pictured here is a rotary indexing table assembling components into a product.

Robotic Assembly

With flexibility to assemble multiple variants robotic assembly can sometimes be the optimum choice. New products can often be added with some additional programming.

Semi-automated assembly

Automation can be used to assist workers by transporting workpieces to them as pictured here. Alternatively, machinery can provide mechanical assistance for example in a manually loaded pneumatic press.
