With our Head Office in Plymouth and a site in Yeovil, we have installed machines across the UK and internationally including in the USA, Europe, China, Puerto Rico.
The company was created in August 2002 by Phil Partridge as a sole trader specialising in the Design and Manufacture of Industrial Control Systems.
In August 2003 a limited company was formed and we moved into an 800 sq. ft. business unit. The first full Automation project was completed later that year. This was a machine refurbishment which required a new control system consisting of a PLC, Motion Control System with SCADA operator control.
Continued growth each year resulted in a move to bigger premises at the end of 2005.
After this the Company began to form strategic relationships such as achieving “Solution Partner” status with Siemens to provide Integrated Solutions in 2007. In October 2009, we then gained ‘Specialist’ Integrator Status with Siemens for Safety Integration and Sophisticated Motion Control. We continue to be one of the main local Siemens Solution Partners in the South West.
In August 2009, we gained TUV Competency approval for Functional Safety for Factory Automation.
The next few years saw a move to a purpose built 10,500 sq. ft factory in June 2011 which we later added a mezzanine to increase the capacity to 14,000 sq.ft.
A Precision Engineering Division was added to enable us to manufacture our own tooling and provide the ability to condition Jigs, Fixtures and Machinery that we manufacture. The addition of a Mechanical Engineering Department followed soon after using Solidworks 3D design to enhance our manufacturing capabilities and making us totally self sufficient. We also upgraded to AutoCAD Electrical Software to improve the quality of the electrical CAD packages provided to our customers.
To allow for further expansion, from April 2019, our Precision Engineering Division were moved to new premises close by. We have since purchased new CNC Milling Machines, Lathes and Machining Centres to increase our Precision Toolmaking capability and capacity.
In March 2020, we purchased a new premises in Plymouth which has double our capacity to 38,000 sq ft on a site of 1.7 acres.
As of January 2021 we moved all Plymouth operations to our head office on Estover Road.
